Last week witnessed yet another episode in the Mauritian pornography saga: a husband discovered two clips of his wife performing sexual acts. The poor guy even feel ill afterwards, and is now considering divorce after having informed the police of the existence of these clips. The police will now analyse this clip to be able to retrace the other actor and press charges against the culprits.

The Twitter API is a two-edged sword for Twitter. While developers can make use of the API to create cool apps, some malicious users can easily create a spam bot to re-direct traffic to their sites. Here is how this can be done on Windows:

A short post to announce that I have removed the evil nofollow attribute from my blog comments. The nofollow attribute was introduced by search engines in 2005, in an effort to discourage comment spam. Wordpress recently implemented the nofollow attribute for comments.

A section of the Mauritian media reported that Dr Navin Ramgoolam was awarded a Dr Honoris Causa by the Staffordshire University for his outstanding leadership. NewsNow even showed a photo of Dr Ramgoolam wearing a gown and surrounded by other graduates. However, the official site of the University is particularly quiet about this honour. What is going on there?
