Is Yatin Varma the Attorney General Insane ?

Sunday Morning, coffee in one hand and a pile of newspapers on the other, my paper review was up for a grand start until I came across this … Yatim Varma (Weekend Newspaper): “Let it be known, Mr Speaker, Sir, by one and all, that, just like Dr the Honourable Prime Minister, I am in favour of the reintroduction of capital punishment in cases of most heinous crimes, and I am also against remission for serious crimes like sexual offences, drug dealing and murder.” Next, my freshly brewed Venezuelan coffee was tossed off.
